AWL OH is SEQOHS accredited; SEQOHS accreditation is the formal recognition that an occupational health service provider has demonstrated that it has the competence to deliver against the measures in the SEQOHS standards as set by the Faculty of Occupational Medicine (FOM). Wendy Ladd is the lead practitioner. She has nearly 30 years OH experience, covering a variety of different industries and settings, working both at national and local level, from Public sector to Engineering and Publishing through to Construction.
She has a particular interest in mental health, and is keen to promote mental health within the workplace and advise on how best to support employees with any mental health issues. She is an approved mental health first aid instructor, a qualified workplace mediator, master practitioner in NLP and qualified coach.
